Student Testimonials

"I thoroughly enjoyed Christina's workshop. Each class built on the previous one in a really intuitive way ... Her insights really helped me grow and improve my skillset in a meaningful way. She's an excellent instructor and a talented artist." - Jessica

"I’ve taken painting classes before, but this one really stood out. Christina has a unique way of teaching. Her methods provide structure not only to painting, but also to learning how to see the world and develop the artist’s eye. I started noticing details, colors, and shadows everywhere, and it also changed how I use my sketchbook. The approaches she introduces, like Notan, are amazing and something even professionals would benefit from. The class also helped me quiet my inner perfectionist and enjoy painting. It's always been a challenge for me to have a sketch book and it's the first time I'm having one and continuing to paint even after the class." - Mahla

"I signed up for this class because I really enjoy Christina's YouTube content ... I hadn't used paint as a sketching format before. I have found that going through the assignments had added new tools to the way I think about planning a painting and my approach to more polished artworks. I will definitely continue with this type of sketching practice." - Matt

"I learned so much in Christina's class. The lessons are very well explained. She gives detailed feedback. She made me feel very confident to sketch about anything in my sketchbook and I can see how that will effect my drawing and paiting skills in a positive way." - Marina
